We thank you for visiting our site and perhaps shopping through our links. 2009 was a very interesting and at times trying year for us all. We have had to learn to adjust to the many challenges in our lives. It is not easy to think of our impact on the world when we feel the world impacting us so deeply. We just want you to know…We understand and truly want to help.
With the information and products we have researched and offer we hope to help you become a better informed and compassionate consumer. No matter what your political views or financial status may be, the fact is: We all share the same planet! We, as inhabitants of this planet are charged with it’s care and/or maintenance.
There are many things we do on a day to day basis that leave an indelible mark on our world, community, neighborhood, and family. For instance, you may have heard of “carbon footprint” but for many the concept holds less immediacy during times of financial distress and unemployment. We want to help make it easier to make better choices. We will be offering articles, scientific facts, reviews, and helpful suggestions on many different products. How can we maintain a positive attitude and direction while struggling to feed and clothe our family? One small piece at a time. “Baby steps”, if you will.
